Privacy Policy

Summary
Keepworth does not collect, transmit, or store your data anywhere but your own device. There is no account, no server, and no analytics or advertising service built into the app.
What Keepworth Stores, and Where
All records you create in Keepworth — inventory items, photos, maintenance logs, appliance and contractor information, and claim/loss records — are stored only in a local database and local file storage on your device. Keepworth has no server, and does not sync your data to any cloud service it operates.
If your device has iCloud Backup (iOS) or a similar whole-device backup service (Android) enabled, your device's operating system may include Keepworth's local data in your own personal device backup, the same as any other app's data. Keepworth does not control or have access to that backup; it is a feature of your device, not of Keepworth.
Backup & Restore
Keepworth lets you export a backup file containing your records and photos. That file is created on your device and only leaves your device if you choose to share it — for example, via AirDrop, email, or a USB transfer you initiate through your device's standard share sheet. Keepworth does not upload this file anywhere itself.
In-App Purchase
Keepworth offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Billing) using the payment method already on file with your Apple ID or Google account. Keepworth's own code does not see, collect, or store your payment information. Restoring a previous purchase is the only network request Keepworth's own code makes, and it goes only to Apple's or Google's purchase-verification service — not to any server operated by Keepworth. (The app's installed package also requests network access because the Play Billing library it depends on requires it — Keepworth's own code does not otherwise connect to the network.)
What Keepworth Does Not Do
- No account or sign-in of any kind.
- No analytics, crash-telemetry, or advertising SDKs.
- No sharing or selling of any data, because Keepworth never receives it in the first place.
- No location tracking.
- No access to your contacts, calendar, or other apps' data.
Permissions Keepworth Requests, and Why

Deleting Your Data
Settings → Delete All My Data permanently erases your local database and all stored photos and files, and resets Keepworth to its first-launch state. Because Keepworth keeps no copy anywhere else, this is a complete deletion — there is nothing left on any server to separately request the deletion of.
Children's Privacy
Keepworth is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age, since it collects no information at all.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the "Effective date" above will be updated and the new version published at this same URL.
